ooh they appear to have raised the level of income you have to be earning before you repay student loans :)

doesnt affect beav of course cos he earns more than the new threshold, but will affect me as at HS i was earning less than 10k and new job will be over 10k (which used to be the limit). so I wouldnt start paying it back yet :)

Over 20k a year! Nice. I maintain it is to screw over the teachers, who apparently get their payments paid by the government, but not much if they have to earn over 20k a year before they start paying lol....
