"It's coming straight for us" - the intro sounds like it's being playted one-fingered on a Casio Keyboard - it reminds me of the melodies on 'SOnic the Hedgehog' :-) . Gets going when the singing starts, but the keyboard is distracting throughout - just too 'plinky' for the style!. The singer has a cool voice, and it's a good chill-out track. Reminds me of some of James' earlier stuff. Very bare sound.
"I spy dry fear" - oh, there's that plinky Casio again :-). T'was a bit shouty for me - I don't think the shouty girl adds anything. This one's weird actually, it seems to have lots of different styles and melodies throughout. Cool though.
"Yer actual" - featuring chords on the Casio :-) I liked this one best.
Overall, I think I'd buy their album for background music. It may be the kind of stuff that doesn't do so well on a first listen, but grows. It has a slightly amateurish feel - I know nothing about music production but I think they could benefit from it. Cool though.

the guy who plays the keyboard in the band is none other than my darling older brother Rhys (who also does some of the vocals). He's been in this band for a couple of years now, and I think he'd prefer to make money out of being in a band than working for hardly anything at Sheffield Uni Admissions dept.
i havent actually listened to the tracks yet i have to say
