ok so plans are progressing, Tim's appears to be settled, although Beav is yet to pass on to me the vital information needed for route planning.
Saturday is still a little shakey, all beav would say after he spoke with tim was "you'll need to talk to the people in Nhampton and sort out somewhere to stay". now i dont have reliable contacts for a lot of em, dont really know where to start. i texted pretty boy who just said that it would be cool if we went down and that thered be plenty of people about to see...
i suggested to beav that we get tim to sort it cos he does it more often; beav and i generally only ever see that lot at events, despite intentions on both sides to see each other outside. so i dont really talk to them much, least of all know who the best people are to ask for a place to stay.
its kind of niggling at me at the moment, cos its only a few days till the weekend. and i've never driven in Northampton before so i'm going to get completely lost without decent instructions, and right now i dont have anywhere to drive to anyway!
i think my problem is that as much as i want to see people outside of events etc i'm afraid of breaking into someone elses social circle. cos they are all there in northampton, seeing each other all the time etc, just like we all were in York. its kind of scary.
