Just been chatting to Jamie. His cat (the one at his parents house) is very sick.
She's a Russian Blue, called Spook. Tiny little thing, must be 17 or 18 years old by now. She's adorable. She's had thyroid problems a lot, and several operations and things, but now her liver is failing. Its the same as what Mitzi had a few years ago. Sadly, there was nothing we could do for her, and we had to have her put to sleep. Looks like Spook might be going the same way.
Jamie's upset, of course. And sad that i'm not there to make him feel better.
Still, she's not suffering yet so it will be a little while before she has to go.
