Birthday-ness
May. 16th, 2005 07:48 pmWell work was hideously dull, although i did speak to a customer who was celebrating his 65th birthday today, so we had a nice little chat.
after work i took my car to Kwik-Fit, where they kindly replaced my flat tyre and my bald tyre and reattached my exhaust pipe for me. and it wasnt too expensive.
came home to a flat full of housework, which i have steadfastly refused to do most of (I've emptied the washing machine and done another load..).
have been watching Phantom, as Beav is in work, and my usual msn allies are otherwise engaged doing fairly random things (like hitting people with sticks).
was worried that i was going to get bored and/or lonely this evening, spending my birthday with, well, me.
fortunately for me people have senses of humour, Jamie & co rang me up to sing happy birthday which cheered me up no end, and i've been chatting a bit to Agna and Kat too. so its not been so bad :)
