well i now have xmas lights on my tree that actually work, rather than broken ones with 4 fuse bulbs all blown. although it took over half an hour of my lunch today to get them, as Wilkinsons was very busy.

Have also managed to get a new bulb for beaver's lava lamp, so its the 70s again in my front room.

yay for being able to walk out of the shop tonight with a £499 ring thats not mine :)

woo for xmas shopping in Wrexham, and also woo for the uber-helpfulness that is Little Fat Gay Dave from the Wrexham branch, who has kept me sane these last 2 days in work :)

well it took the lava in the lamp a little while to heat up, as its been so long since it was last used, but its kind of working ok now,

still think we'll have to get a new one though

LOOK I've put my Christmas Tree up and its got lights that work and baubles and everything

Isn't it pretty? And also completely 100% out of the way. Which suits us just fine.
