Nov. 18th, 2004 12:23 amwhat a well spent evening
came home from work. put on DVD. watch.
quite simple really
I have been watching the famed BBC adaptation of Pride and Prejudice, one of my favourite classic novels and one of the best adaptations of a book I have seen. Admittedly, in order for it to be excellent rather than good, it was done as a series rather than a film, so i've been watching it since 6.45pm and its only just finished. But it was damned good, and Colin Firth was marvellously sexy as Mr Darcy
I believe I shall dream well tonight
only downside was having to listen to beaver blowing the shit out of things on Halflife 2 since he got back at about 10pm. oh yeah, and complaining that it was never going to finish
so to bed.
