why is buying a new phone so complicated!!!

i'm trying to order a new mobile from O2 online, but because I've not lived in the flat for long enough they dont believe that I live here properly, so I'm now stuck on 'hold' while some random foreign bloke checks my bank details to make sure I'm not lying to them... bah

Have just been to see Wimbledon in the cinema.

Was great. I did manage to get picky and kept complaining quietly to myself that they kept getting bits wrong (for eg the Semi Finals being played on outer courts and not in Centre Court or Court One) but in spite that it was fantastic. The tension during the matches was great! And the cinematography was kinda cool as well.

i forgot to mention earlier, beaver bought me a new dressing gown today. its really posh, oriental style thing, all silky with dragons and stuff embroidered on it. its reversible too, pale blue on one side and dark blue on the other. there was a purple one too, but it was a crap pale pink on the other side. and this one has better dragons on it too (its a different one on each side).

it appears beaver's "no spending any money for now because we bought a really expensive thing" only applies to me, and beaver can spend as much money as he likes. personally I think he was just being nice because he's just got paid. whatever his reasons, i think its great and i love it to bits. love him to bits too, even if he drops me on my head!
