supertinks | (no subject)

a fairly productive afternoon i would say really. this morning was just lazy and wasted as i woke up very early (8.30) and played The Sims till about 1.30pm, when I drove beav to work

after he went, i tidied the front room, and at about 2.30 matt came round to sort out my computer. he stayed till about six, and the end result was much chattage and fun and a computer with 2 working hard drives and 2 working CD-ROM drives, whereas before I had 1 of each. I have now successfully rescued all of the important files that were on my old drive (including most of my music and photos) and have reformatted it, almost doubled the amount of space i have to store stuff, and generally made it all better.

now all i need are some more fans

this evening i successfully cooked Gammon for the first time, it was very yummy. i am very proud

i have also had more pleasant chatting, and watched some interesting telly (rough science, although i'd seen that one before, and what the ancients did for us)

i now have a tape set for Desperate Housewives, which I will watch tomorrow

there, wasnt that a boring post :)
