well thats my christmas almost over!
got in from work on friday at about 7pm, had a very quiet night in and went to bed earlyish. Had a great lie in yesterday morning, then opened all my lovely presents... money from Mark & co, random drinking games and purple ronnie book from Cath, underwear, more underwear, some earrings, harry potter box set and LOTR box set from Beav.
Went to Beav's parents for dinner, stayed there till about six then we came home again. It snowed all day. Then I watched the first two harry potter movies. I'd forgotten how good the first one was, and had never seen the second, so it was good. and we went out walking in the snow inbetween films, which was fun too.
Got up at about elevenish this morning, and promptly watched the third harry potter film. then we went into town, and i bought myself a DVD player, Van Helsing and Shaun of the Dead on DVD. I feel a little rough today, my limbs are all achy and my back hurts and i coughing something terrible. I've been sipping orange juice all day, and have eaten sensibly, so hopefully i'll be ok for work tomorrow! Have chilled out reading "Emma" and watching the start of Lord of the Rings - the uber extended version. I have seen the first two extendeds, but dont feel like just watching the third one, so i'm starting at the beginning. The handy thing about DVDs is I can remember where i stopped watching and skip straight to that scene next time.
We're off out for another frosty, snowy, christmassy walk, in the hope that fresh air will wake up my limbs a bit :)
