Me, I ride my horse 3-6 days per week (about an hour or so a time, except weekends, when its mroe like 2-4 hours) and cross-train 3 times a week for 30-50 min, on a medium setting (I push myself, but not as hard as I could, if I wanted to die). I go for walks sometimes. I used to do the world of TKD, but then I ran out of time, when I got my horse. I get back from work at about 6pm, and then go to see him, get back at about 8-8.30pm, cross train and eat dinner. Go to bed. When I didn't have a horse, I did TKD from 8-10pm. Can't do that now though. Hated it at school. Yucky. And anyone who says that riding isn't exercise gets shot. Its not CV, but it makes you sweat and pant and your muscles hurt (especially when jumping and doing cross-country).
