mmmm sleeep
well i feel so much better for having slept all night in my nice comfy bed. when i got to bed, and laid down for the first time, my back ached something chronic.. i'm not sure how i managed to ignore it enough to go to sleep, but i did, and now i've got up at a sensible time (half 9) and showered and dressed, i feel great!
just have to go unpack the minor amount of kit from the car and go shopping. i suppose food should feature at some point but i dont have time for breakfast right now. well i might, if beaver doesnt get off his arse soon.
