Sixty lengths tonight, which is a whole mile. So really helping on the catching up front!
Nine miles to go. 4 weeks to go. so thats 2.25 miles a week. If I do a full mile each Friday, that leaves me needing to do 40 lengths over two other sessions. That is extremely do-able.
